HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
To cancel your membership, you must submit a written request 30 days prior to your next billing cycle and meet the 3-month minimum requirement. If cancelation is not received within 30 days, you will be billed for the next cycle and no refund will be given.
CAN FRIENDS AND FAMILY USE MY IVS?
Yes, as a member of Calibrate IV Hydration, you have the ability to treat one of your friends or family members who are first time guests to a drip at 50% off.
Guests must be accompanied by a member during the appointment. This is one of the perks of being a member and helps to share the benefits of IV hydration with loved ones.
