Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy for Standard IV Treatments:
To cancel your appointment, please provide at least one hour of advanced notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $100 for the booked service. If you book your service less than one hour in advance, you may not cancel. The cancellation policy for group appointments (parties of two or more) is the same as for single appointments.
You will be charged for all individuals booked unless you provide at least one hour of advanced notice of any cancellations. For example, if you book a service for six people but only four show up without giving one hour of notice for the other two, you will be charged $100 for each of the canceled services. Please note that missed appointments are non-refundable.
Nurse Deployment Fee:
In the event that an infusion is aborted, the client will be charged a $100 concierge fee. This fee applies in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Nurse dispatched but client unable to receive drip due to undisclosed information at booking (e.g., alcohol withdrawal, drug abuse).
- Nurse dispatched but client unable to receive drip due to out-of-range vital signs.
- Nurse dispatched, IV not completed due to the client’s condition (e.g., could not tolerate it, vasovagaled, and did not want to continue).
- Nurse dispatched, IV not completed due to poor venous access after two attempts.
- Nurse dispatched but IV not completed although flowing well due to time constraints created by the client.
- Unsafe or unsanitary environment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in our cancellation policy. We understand that unexpected events may occur, but we require advanced notice to ensure the best use of our time and resources.
Unused Booked Treatments:
Treatments that are booked but not utilized within 25 days of the initial booking date are not eligible for a refund. Clients will have the opportunity to utilize the booked treatment up to 90 days from the initial booking date.
Booking for Others:
If a booking is made on behalf of someone else, any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card provided during the booking process. The cancellation policy becomes effective once a nurse is assigned to the appointment, and the person making the booking is responsible for being aware of the policy and fees.
COVID-19 Screening:
We will continue to conduct COVID-19 screenings and ask clients to disclose their health status, including any symptoms or exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. If a client is COVID-19 positive, they must wear a mask and inform us before the appointment. This may result in the appointment being rescheduled for the safety of all clients and staff.
Refund Policy for Regenerative Treatments
At Calibrate IV Hydration, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality care and service. Please note that our regenerative treatments, including stem cells and exosomes, are non-refundable.

Stem Cell Therapy: All purchases related to stem cell treatments are final. Due to the specialized nature of these treatments, once the service is rendered or scheduled, no refunds will be issued.

Exosome Therapy: All purchases related to exosome treatments are final. As with stem cell therapies, these treatments are personalized and cannot be refunded once they are booked or administered.
Refund Policy for Home Kits
At Calibrate IV Hydration, we want to ensure clarity and transparency regarding our products and refund procedures. Please note the following policy:

Non-Refundable Products: All products offered by Calibrate IV Hydration, including medications and home kits, are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of our medications, which are ordered specifically for each patient, we are unable to process refunds.

No Refund Policy: We maintain a strict 'no refund' policy for all our products. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

Vial Usage: Once you start using a vial, you are welcome to continue using it until the expiration date, which is specified in your chart and on the vial itself.

Home Kits: Our Home Kits, designed to provide convenience and flexibility, are classified as non-refundable products. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Acknowledgment of Policy:
By booking any standard IV treatment with Calibrate IV Hydration, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and refund policy as outlined. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality care and allocate our resources effectively.
